Paul John Elliott
Paul John Elliott has been a registered massage therapist since 2003 and is the founder of both PJE Therapeutic Services and Stretching Canada.
PJE Therapeutic Services is a clinic that uses a host of synergistic bodyworking therapies. The primary treatment techniques are NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT)® Active Isolated Stretching™ (AIS) and Myofascial Therapy. Paul involves his clients in the healing process, explaining and demystifying their pain and empowering them with the ability to attain and maintain their optimal physical quality of life.
Paul is also known as Canada’s authority on AIS, teaching 2- and 3-day AIS seminars nation-wide.
Paul has been featured in such periodicals as Massage Therapy magazine of Canada, Running Room Canada magazine as well as being a consultant on stretching techniques for Dr. Joe Muscolino’s book Bones and Muscle Palpation.
Paul was recently published in a book by Elaine Stillerman having written the chapter on Active Isolated Stretching for the 2nd edition of ‘Modalities for Massage and Manual Therapy’. Published by Elsevier
